10 Week Internship Program
The internship program offers hands-on, corporate-level experience, designed for current college students or recent graduates. It emphasizes developing relationship-building, leadership, critical thinking, and professional communication skills.

Internships at Blue Cross are paid opportunities that provide students with meaningful professional experience while offering competitive compensation.
Posting Timeframe
Our summer internship positions are posted in October of each year for the following summer. Please visit our Careers page on the posting date to explore available roles and application details. Applications are carefully reviewed and selected candidates will be invited to interview with a Recruiting Consultant and the hiring manager.
Hybrid Positions
Blue Cross offers several internship roles under a hybrid structure, blending onsite and remote work to support both flexibility and meaningful in-person collaboration.
