Life Insurance

Basic life insurance coverage is provided at no cost; and supplemental insurance is available to provide extra protection.

Long Term Disability

All active, full-time exempt employees are automatically enrolled and the premium is 100 percent company paid.

Short Term Disability

Company provided benefit for non-exempt employees after the first 6 months of continuous employment.

Dependent Care Assistance Plan

Expenses incurred for the care of qualifying dependents are eligible for reimbursement with pre-tax dollars under this plan.

Group Travel Insurance

The Company provides Group Travel Insurance to all full and part-time associates. Eligible associates are insured for covered accidental injuries received anywhere in the world while on any business trip.

Voluntary Accident Insurance

Voluntary Accident Insurance is available to our associates who want added financial security for their family in the event of an accident. Associate paid coverage for individual and family is available.

In our efforts to ensure a healthy lifestyle, our BeWell program promotes a holistic approach to health for our associates through a financial incentive program. Associates are eligible to earn incentives for participating in a variety of wellness programs and challenges throughout the year.

Fitness Center

Our on-site fitness center serves to promote a healthy lifestyle through physical activity. Our fitness center houses a full-range of equipment, including ellipticals, bikes, and treadmills. Associates are able to exercise on their own or in an instructor-led group fitness session including: Boot Camps, Step Aerobics, Pilates, Zumba® and resistance training. These classes are led by our own associates who are also certified fitness instructors!

Walking Trail

Our on-site walking trail provides a pleasant, convenient outdoor space for our associates to enjoy. Just a few quick steps away from our office building, the walking trail provides an appealing change of scenery for a brisk walk, relaxing stroll, or quick outdoor getaway before or after the work day or during lunch.

Dining Center

Blue Cross is committed to promote a healthy and practical lifestyle for all of our associates. Our partnership with Eurest, a leading food service provider, operates our state-of-the-art onsite dining facility. Each day, a full range of healthy choices are conveniently available for both breakfast and lunch.
