Alabama Child Caring Program

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama created the Alabama Child Caring Foundation in 1987. The Alabama Child Caring Program provides healthcare coverage for children whose parents cannot afford coverage but earn too much money for their children to qualify for government-assisted care.
